Willis Networks promotes Norledge to MD as Read exits
Willis Networks has appointed Lynne Norledge as managing director and Mark Cobham as deputy MD, Insurance Age can reveal.
Norledge, pictured, joined WTW in 2017, becoming head of sales at the network in January 2019 and stepping up to be commercial director leading its insurer relationship strategy in September 2023.
She brings more than 40 years of experience in insurance broking to the job having also held senior roles at Marsh, Aon, and HSBC Insurance Brokers.
