Bspoke adds Cadle and Biggs in broker facing roles

Bspoke Group has appointed Jim Cadle as head of distribution and Ryan Biggs as business development manager, to support growth across its commercial and delegated authority divisions.

The NFP-owned Leeds-headquartered collection of multi-class niche and specialist MGAs reshaped its management structure at the end of 2025 and went on to widen Wayne Tonge’s remit last month in the next phase of its commercial and delegated authority strategy.

Cadle, pictured, joins from Easton Gate where he spent more than six years. He has also previously worked for Geo Underwriting and Dual.
