Being so close to London, brokers in Essex benefit from the resources of the capital city while also providing local knowledge to customers.

Essex is one of the largest counties in England with a population of almost 1.5m, growing by around 10,000 people every year.

The county is home to a number of seaside destinations, including Southend-on-Sea which boasts the longest pleasure pier in the world reaching out over 1.3 miles into the sea.

Southend officially became a city on 1 March 2022. The designation was granted as a tribute to the late MP Sir David Amess, who had championed for the status for decades.
