Two new MGAs launched targeting non-standard household
Caledon Group has launched two new MGAs in the UK and Ireland specialising in home insurance for non-standard household risks that fall outside what it describes as “standard insurer appetite”.
It added Caledon MGA UK and Caledon MGA Ireland would seek to combine underwriting expertise with A-rated capacity and a strong focus on individual risk underwriting and broker service.
To tie with the launch Caledon MGA has developed a bespoke home quote broker portal to streamline the quotation process and enable faster responses.
Brokers will also have direct access to an underwriting team for immediate support from quote through to policy, the MGA continued.
