UK commercial rates declining according to Marsh analysis

The rate fell by 2.7% in the third quarter of 2017 according to the Global Insurance Market Index.

Marsh has reported declining commercial composite insurance rates for Q3 2017 in its Global Insurance Market Index.

The global broker reported that the UK composite insurance rate decreased by 2.7%.

It also noted that renewal rates declined, on average, in the UK across all major product lines, including financial and professional coverage.
