Covid prompts rise in broker demand for digital training
Axa's Ken Wright discusses the challenges brought on by remote working and how brokers can adapt to a digital environment.
The pandemic has sparked an increased demand for digital training for brokers, according to Ken Wright, head of broker developments at Axa.
He told Insurance Age: “Covid has really accelerated an existing trend; for a good number of years now, there has been an increase in demand from brokers for more digital training delivery.
“According to our own experience and the feedback we get from brokers, there is a trend for using digital platforms, but in a much more interactive way.”
