The pandemic has changed the way many businesses percieve insurance, but, as Sam Barrett reports, brokers are ideally placed to help SMEs get the right covers in place going forward

As well as forcing many high street businesses to change their operations, the pandemic has also altered their perception of the insurance market. While some of these firms will value the insurance sector more, declined business interruption claims and the ensuing legal case will mean there’s also plenty of work to be done to restore the sector’s reputation.
