Lickens steps down as Clear CEO
Howard Lickens will move to the role of executive chairman as former A-Plan MD, Mike Edgeley takes up the CEO mantle.
Mike Edgeley has been appointed as CEO of Clear Group, subject to regulatory approval.
The move sees founder, Howard Lickens, step into the executive chairman role.
According to Clear Group, Edgeley brings significant insurance sector experience, most recently as managing director at A-Plan Insurance.
Career
Before joining A-Plan, which was bought by Howden last year, Edgeley spent eight years at BGL in various leadership roles and then held MD positions at Lancaster Insurance and the
