J Bennett & Son buys Mathews Comfort & Co
The sale was for an undisclosed sum.
J Bennett & Son has bought the general insurance arm of Oxford-based Mathews Comfort & Co.
J Bennett, which is based in High Wycombe, advised that Mathews Comfort directors Russell Thynne and Philippa Jones, will continue to run the business from its Oxford premises.
The ownership of Mathews Comfort Financial Services which is a separate entity, remains unchanged and moves to new premises in North Leigh from January 2018 where it will continue to provide the same financial planning services.
