Alan & Thomas buys Commercial and General Insurance Services
First deal for broker after being bought by GRP.
Alan & Thomas Insurance Group has bought Commercial and General Insurance Services based in Ferndown, near Bournemouth for an undisclosed sum.
It is the first deal for the Poole-headquarted firm since Global Risk Partners (GRP) took a majority-stake at the start of the month to make it the regional hub for the South.
The ten-strong Commercial and General team will stay with the business, which writes approximately £4m of gross written premium annually including for property owners business.
