Denis O Brown Associates buys Carron Insurance Brokers

Both Scottish businesses specialise in the agricultural sector.

Carron Insurance Brokers has been bought for an undisclosed sum by Denis O Brown Associates.

The deal, which went through yesterday (1 October) sees Carron managing director John Johnstone join Denis O Brown as a director.

According to a statement the Carron office, which is in Annan, Scotland, will remain in operation and the Carron employees will continue to look after their client base.

The statement advised that Carron clients would benefit from the relationships Denis O
