Higos buys South West broker Colin Fear

The deal is part of Higos-owner GRP's strategy to develop regional hubs.

Higos Insurance Services has bought Bridgwater-based Colin Fear Insurance Services, subject to regulatory approval, for an undisclosed sum. 

Higos managing director Ian Gosden said the deal is the second in four months following the purchase by Higos of Bude-based Courtenay in March.

Gosden commented: “I am delighted that Colin Fear Insurance Services will be joining Higos.
