Merged Lark and Aston Scott to pursue further consolidation
Aston Scott group CEO says management structure of the merged businesses is yet to be decided as he reveals more deals are in the pipeline.
Aston Scott and Lark, which announced a merger today, is looking to buy more brokers as it further establishes itself as a market consolidator.
Peter Blanc, Aston Scott group CEO, told Insurance Age that majority investor Bowmark Capital has an appetite for new acquisitions.
“There will absolutely be further deals,” he noted.
“It is the start of something and not the finish.
“We want to be the quality choice as a consolidator.”
