It’s sometimes hard to identify key things from a year, but 2016 has been different.

We’ve had some “once in a lifetime” moments; we’ve also had some “why don’t we ever learn” moments.

June saw the referendum on Brexit, the outcome of which was a major surprise.

We all have our personal opinions on this but it’s hard to see any meaningful positives at all from an insurance perspective.
