Gallagher set for court date in case versus Alex Skriptchenkov and Portsoken
Case involves property-focused Agent Assure.
Arthur J Gallagher has commenced legal proceedings against Alex Skriptchenkov and Portsoken Limited, Insurance Age can reveal.
The hearing for the application notice in the case of Arthur J Gallagher Services (UK) Ltd v Skriptchenkov & anr is set to be held at the High Court on 24 July.
A spokesperson for Arthur J. Gallagher told Insurance Age: "Arthur J. Gallagher Insurance Brokers Limited this week commenced legal proceedings against Alex Skriptchenkov, a former senior employee of its Agent
