Biba 2014: Brokers need to give customers peace of mind Lord Hunt says

British Insurance Brokers' Association (Biba) chair Lord Hunt says brokers should be setting the "gold standard for advice" and giving customers peace of mind.

Speaking today at Biba's annual conference in Manchester, Lord Hunt, said due to tough, complex and uncertain times there is a need for expert and trusted advice.

He acknowledged the positive changes Biba chief executive Steve White and executive director Graeme Trudgill had made to the organisation, and told brokers that as a result: "Biba is now recognised at Westminster as a go to organisation".
