Personal Finance Society appoints ‘champions’ to promote chartered status

The Personal Finance Society has appointed 21 financial planners as ‘chartered champions’ across the UK.

The initiative from the PFS, part of the Chartered Insurance Institute group, aims to raise the profile of chartered status for financial planners and firms among local business communities and consumers.

According to the PFS, the chartered champions will act as local advocates for promoting chartered accreditation for their respective regions. Representing the PFS and CII, the chartered champions will host a variety of events for chartered financial planners, including chartered business
