Charles Hetherington, a North Wales insurance broker, has been found
guilty of unprofessional conduct by overcharging £1000 for an insurance
premium, but he will be allowed to continue trading as a broker.


At at a disciplinary hearing of the Insurance Brokers Registration Council
last month, the council ruled that Mr Hetherington, who trades under the
name of Gwynfor Jones & Co, should not be struck off its register.
