Bad behaviour from employees has prompted more and more brokers to cancel Christmas parties, according to new research from Peninsula. Some 65% of broker bosses have said they "don't want the hassle", with 82% of these saying that behavioural issues arising from previous events have persuaded them to abandon future Christmas bashes.
