Axa Commercial launches Broker Learning Zone
The initiative has been developed to drive professional development for UK brokers and sits alongside the newly-developed Axa XL Broker Academy.
Axa Commercial has launched a new Broker Learning Zone, which provides practical, on-demand guidance and training, tailored to remote working and learning styles.
According to the provider, resources focus on sales, technical knowledge, health and wellbeing and management and leadership development, with a view to helping brokers adapt to new ways of working.
Axa Commercial stated that the programme has been designed to offer strategies and tools to navigate remote and hybrid working as well
