Acturis buys German-based Lutronik

Broker software company is located in Wesel.

Acturis has bought German broker software provider Lutronik for an undisclosed sum.

According to Acturis the company serves many well- known brokers in the German market.

It also stated that the deal means its German portfolio now comprises the two most widely used administrative platforms for brokers in the country.

Acturis also owns German-based firms Assfinet which it purchased in May 2015 and NAFI, a tariff engine specialising in motor insurance comparison and other business lines that it
