CII launches apprenticeship guide

Organisation says apprenticeships are key to attract new talent to the industry.

The Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) has launched a guide to hiring an apprentice.

The CII said the document is a step-by-step manual to walk employers through the process of initiating an apprenticeship programme, getting government funding and getting the most out of apprentices.

According to the organisation, the guide explains how new employer driven standards should replace existing frameworks.
