Barbon closes Croydon head office following Gallagher deal

Barbon Insurance Group is relocating its head office from Croydon to new premises in Lincoln.

According to Barbon, it is “no longer appropriate” to have a separate head office following the sale of the broker’s property and commercial divisions to Arthur J Gallagher earlier this year.

A spokesperson for Barbon was unable to clarify how many jobs will be lost as a result of the office closure.

The company’s legal and claims, HR and finance teams will all relocate to the new, purpose built office in Lincoln.
