Hiscox has teamed up with broker Abbeyfields to launch a niche policy for wedding car hire companies.

The scheme will cater for wedding car hire companies of all shapes and sizes in the UK - whether they operate one motor or an entire fleet.

The provider listed elements of the product as including cover for standard risks such as breakdown, public liability and employers' liability.

In addition the policy will offer personal car registration cover up to the value of £5,000, extended personal accident cover with a limit of £30,000 and motor legal expenses up to £100,000.
