Chubb Insurance today announces the launch of ForeFront Plus, the successor to its ForeFront product.

Chubb said that ForeFront Plus keeps much of its predecessor’s core content and focus, but also features solutions designed to cover the changing risk environment of the last decade such as cyber liabilities, cyber extortion, third party computer fraud, defamation or copyright and intellectual property infringement..

Neil McCarthy, UK & Ireland Regional Underwriting Manager Specialty Insurance, comments: “Private companies and their managers operate in an increasingly complex environment and however diligent they are, it is impossible to ensure that they will never fall foul of ever changing regulations or become victim to fraud, extortion or emerging risks such as intellectual property infringement. Whist we will never be able to completely eradicate these threats, ForeFront Plus provides a new dimension in protection against the ever changing spectrum of risk that clients face on a daily basis.”

ForeFront Plus also offers cover for D&O, employment practices, benefit plan, corporate legal liabilities as well as crime and kidnap and extortion expenses.

Mr McCarthy adds: “Innovation has always been central to our service at Chubb and by listening to our customers and brokers, we have developed a truly unique product that offers an exceptional degree of cover and flexibility for both clients and brokers.”

DO QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS REDUCE RISK?

Risk reviews for PII Brokers

We help PII brokers to find out if their clients' quality management systems reduce risk. In our experience many don't, and certification to ISO 9001 is not a reliable indicator. We can help your clients to reduce bureaucracy and make controls more effective.
