Hiscox to grow schemes book with SME boost

Hiscox has announced its intention to expand its existing book of commercial insurance schemes by up to £50,000 small to medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) over the next three years.

The insurer, which already insures 80,000 SMEs across Europe, revealed that this includes a recently acquired facility for pest control contractors, which, in partnership with broker Bradshaw Bennett, covers more than 500 contractors.
