UK commercial broking business, Vega Insurance Services, has acquired Parkwood Sinclair Insurance Brokers. This represents Vega's third acquisition within its first 12 months of trading. Parkwood Sinclair is based in Brentwood, Essex and was established in 1998 by Ian Piper, Martin Lister and David Stebbing, who will all stay at the helm of the company. The broker currently generates £6m in gross written premium.
