Brokers worry their reputations are on the line as SSP outage hits hard
Users seeking redress after having to turn away customers during data centre downtime
On 26 August software house SSP experienced an “outage” at its data centre in Solihull. Since then brokers on the SSP Pure platform have suffered. Many were unable to work properly for weeks as the software specialists struggled and repeatedly failed to fix its problems.
