Willis has secured a major presence in Ireland following the impending acquisition of a majority shareholding in Coyle Hamilton.

The deal, which has been agreed in principle, subject to regulatory and shareholder approval, will see CH rebranded as Coyle Hamilton Willis.

CH has annualised revenue of approximately £33.2m, with offices in Dublin, Limerick, Cork, Belfast and London, and approximately 500 employees serving a broad range of multinational, corporate and personal clients.
