I have read several stories in Professional Broking recently about
insurers who have approached their broker's clients direct. Whilst
incensed by their audacity, as a commercial lines specialist I've tended
to be complacent. However, it now seems that certain insurers are prepared
to take a similar approach with commercial lines.
