Bristol broker seemingly not interested in local rival

Martyn Holman, chairman of the insurance broking arm at the Brightside Group, has told Professional Broking, the management magazine for insurance brokers, that his company is not actively seeking to buy Yate-based the Jelf Group. There has been speculation in the press about a reverse takeover of Jelf which has had a large share price drop since the financial crisis began.
