Godalming-based Robinson Buckley Insurance Brokers has been purchased by a new holding company after longstanding shareholders Jim and Claire Robinson and Tony Buckley decided to sell their shares and secure the firm's succession. Alan Strudwick has upped his stake with John Lanning and Carol Aston, part of the existing management team, also becoming shareholders.

Meanwhile, longstanding managing director Graham Tomlinson has maintained his previous level of shareholding and is looking forward
