Misys has dismissed claims that rival CDL is now transacting as many electronic data interchange motor policies as it is.
The claim was made in the findings of a recent survey, which concluded that CDL has eaten into its market share to the point where it is now on a par in terms of EDI.
The EDI survey by InStep showed that CDL has increased its handling of motor insurance by 48% in the past two years; transacting 400,000 cases of motor insurance between January and June this year. However, Misys
