GISC's Catherine Nicholl looked positively exhausted when she sat down
having parried complaint after complaint from delegates at the West
Midlands Study Day.


And just when she thought it was all over, Reg Brown stood up and said:
"I'm glad that Catherine is still here, because I'm going to give you a
lot of advice, darling." She should be so lucky.
