The Association of British Insurers and the British Insurance Brokers' Association have welcomed the Queen's speech with regard to road safety.
At the State Opening of Parliament on 23 November, the Queen announced that a bill will be introduced to help to reduce the numbers of people killed or injured on the UK's roads.
Eric Galbraith, chief executive of BIBA, responded: "BIBA is an active member of The Motor Insurance Compliance Action Board, set up by the Department for Transport to implement
