Japanese insurance group Tokio Marine & Nichido Fire Insurance plans to write global commercial business in London. The move is in line with the group's global expansion strategy to pursue sustainable growth and profit opportunities. The insurer said it aims to restructure the group company, European Nichido Insurance, which is authorised by the Financial Services Authority, and rename it Tokio Marine Global.
