The British Insurance Brokers' Association, the Association of British Insurers and the Institute of Insurance Brokers have published recommended terms of business agreements between insurance companies and brokers, as revealed in PB's March issue.

The trade associations' cross-industry working group of insurers and brokers has produced a framework of high-level principles to facilitate TOBA between brokers and insurers.

The guidelines will assist brokers with Financial Services Authority
