Employment levels in the insurance sector are expected to rise within the first quarter of 2000, with one-in-four companies planning to take on more staff, according to Manpower's latest quarterly survey of UK employers.
The report shows that 24% of companies within the insurance sector are planning to hire more staff in the first quarter, compared to 23% in 1999. The sector has also retained its fifth position in the job prospects league table.
