The Financial Services Authority has appointed two new members to the Financial Services Practitioner Panel - Nick Prettejohn, chief executive of Lloyd's, and Ruthven Gemmell, partner at Edinburgh law firm Murray Beith Murray. Roy Leighton has been appointed deputy chairman of FSPP.
