Swinton has selected DAS to provide a legal expenses policy to complement its range of policies for the SME market. The DAS Commercial Legal Protection policy is to be recommended as a key element of cover tailored to the buoyant SME insurance market. Carolyn Callan, head of business insurance division at Swinton, said: "We anticipate a strong uptake for the legal protection policy. It will ensure our SME customers have cover for all areas of their business, from property to liability, and costs
