Brokers and intermediaries are being offered a free disk that will
enable them to test whether their PCs are millennium-compliant. Called
BugTester, the software is being offered by a company called Global
Business 2000 and is suitable for both a single PC or a multi-user site.
If the six BugTester checks show there is a problem, the company claims it
