Western Provident Association has produced a private medical policythat will fill the middle ground between its comprehensive Oak and Cedar
policies and the low-cost Poplar.
Called Rowan, the policy covers in-patient treatment, MRI/CT scans and
radio/chemotherapy. It also pays up to £250 towards out-patient
consultations and up to £150 towards physiotherapy, osteopathy and
chiropractice care.
Subscribers will also receive four weeks' home-nursing care, £250 toward a
private ambulance and, if an NHS
