Dorset-based Folgate has completed its year-long restructuring
programme, which has seen a radical shake-up of the way in which it
services broker business.


The German-owned insurer has divided its business into two main areas:
general broker business and scheme business. It has also switched from
having a bank of inspectors to a team of key account managers and
executives.


The account managers service four broad geographical regions. Each key
account handler will look after between 50 and 100
