John Wardrop, a director of the Association of Insurance
Intermediaries and Brokers, has been appointed to serve on the General
Insurance Standards Council's working party, which will formulate the
principles, codes for the new self-regulatory regime. Mr Wardrop has over
38 years' experience in the intermediary sector, most recently
specialising in delegated authority schemes.
