Singer & Friedlander has acquired Benfield Premium Finance. The deal sees the 100% holding in Benfield Premium Finance transferred in exchange for a 25% share in Singer & Friedlander.
Business will continue as usual for both companies while the various teams are integrated. The Benfield name will eventually be dropped.
