Products: Midas hopes to strike gold with classic and performance car products

Midas Underwriting has launched non-standard personal motor products aimed at modern performance cars and classic sports cars respectively.

The company confirmed that the policy for modern cars would include high-performance saloons and that certain Japanese imports were also eligible. The product will also quote for a wide range of modifications and, on a referral basis, can also encompass high-profile occupations and provide cover for track days.

The Classic policy is available for sports cars that are a minimum of 15-years-old and cover a maximum annual mileage of 6,000.
