Like everyone, Zurich was hit by the rush to work from home in the first days of the national lockdown last year.
At Zurich, we had embraced a flexible working culture long before Covid-19 hit the UK. Therefore, the working from home transition in terms of how we served our broker colleagues was smooth – and remains so.
Other providers in the market have welcomed a remote working strategy since the pandemic took hold and there are many benefits to adopting this way of operating.
