Arc Legal and Road Halo offer new distribution model for motor legal cover
Motor prosecution defence insurance can be bought as an add-on or standalone product.
Motor prosecution defence insurance can be bought for the first time either as an add-on or standalone product according to Arc Legal Assistance which has partnered with Road Halo to "create a unique distribution model".
The specialist cover provides legal costs to defend motoring offences such as speeding and prosecutions made in error.
The firms add that the policy can also be enhanced to include personal injury and uninsured loss recovery cover.
