Applied boss argues there are abundant opportunities to thrive in a digital future.

Reid French, CEO of Applied Systems has set out what he believes are the five characteristics of the digital agency of the future.

At the event in Las Vegas, French told the audience "as technology continues to alter the insurance landscape those agencies that embrace the possibilities of becoming a digital agency will be best positioned to grow and prosper in this new environment".

He listed the digital agency of the future as requiring:

• A single foundation digital agency or broker management
