In a discussion chaired by Insurance Age editor-in-chief Jonathan Swift, Gareth McChesney, Trudi Archer and Ian McManus, divulge the lessons they have taken home from appearing in the show, including the biggest surprises they encountered and whether their views on insurer-broker relationship has changed.
